The project comprised the transformation of an existing retail and workshop space in Daylesford into a gourmet grocer. The upgrade included a new interior fitout, levelling of the floor, new cool rooms and amenities, a new roof and insulation to bring the building up to current Building Code.

 

The retail space includes a coffee bar at the front, with fruit and vegetable, gourmet delicacies and wine as well as a delicatessen supported by a preparation space and refrigerated and frozen rooms.
